Rainfall during the summer months and snowfall in the winter are regular. The biggest threat to the climate of Oklahoma is the tornado. The largest devastation was done by the tornado in the year 1999 and the speed of wind during this tornado was recorded up to 320 mph. This incident affected some areas in the southern Oklahoma very badly.
